• Apply presets to an unlimited number of your own photographs

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the assets to third parties
• Share download links with others
• Use assets to create competing preset or wallpaper products
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original assets

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a purchase is completed and download links have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your files, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital assets sold by Ouros Designs remain the intellectual property of Ouros Designs. The purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying asset.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding compatibility with future versions of third-party software such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ouros Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital assets. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
